I am a foodie, and with 5 years of experience in food and beverage as a server, barista, and manager, I can easily rate a service or a plate. I tried a few plates at Fat Albert but a couple of days ago I tried the ribs and honestly this plate deserves the time to write this article.
Moreover, if I am not mistaken, it is called Rack Ribz 1lb and it comes with 5 wings and fries. You can choose the sauce, I took the barbecue and it was mouthwatering beyond any expectation. The lean meat smoothly got separated from the bones when it comes to both wings and ribs. The layers of taste went deeper and deeper and only the french fries were able to bring me back to reality. This is not a mere dish, but rather an experience.
Afterward, I tried this cheesecake. A delicious, smooth and tasty one. I strongly advise anyone to try it! Come to Fat Albert, where you will be crowned Alice in Wonderland exploring the richness of taste.
