The first one is ymcaywca.ca
When I inquired about YMCA, I found the process to be very easy. Apparently, they helped one of my close friends with their cv and it is until now that they receive job emails and helpful emails. From time to time, they receive calls from YMCA who are checking consistently their improvements. In case of a potential interview they send some tips to follow. This organization is highly recommended.
The second one will be ociso.org
After a meeting with Ociso, the contact person sends you several links to follow. Those links are very helpful for anyone new to Canada. After a few weeks, they send an email, and introduced the candidate/applicant to their mentor. They try their best to find someone in the designated work field so they can assure that this person will be 100% helpful.
I strongly advise you to contact those agencies before landing, so you can make sure once you land, you have an appointment and you are ready to start the process. Please note that this process is long, and since there are a lot of immigrants it will take weeks to meet. Be prepared, and start booking your appointment now in order to save time.
